Jenn Reichenbacher is the chief marketing and customer experience officer at Stax Payments, where she leads the marketing, customer support and account management teams. Jenn is an accomplished payments professional with more than 30 years of experience in performance marketing, branding and storytelling, product marketing, direct sales management, global events, customer engagement and channel marketing. Prior to joining Stax, she held senior-level leadership roles at Paysafe, iPayment, Cayan, Keurig and RE/MAX.
