Nikita Sachdev is the founder and CEO of Luna PR and recently appointed Independent director of KRAKacquisition Corp, a Nasdaq-listed, Kraken-backed SPAC that raised $345m in an upsized IPO. Since entering crypto in 2017, she has bootstrapped Luna PR into one of the leading global communications firms in blockchain and emerging tech, supported by 80+ employees across Dubai, London and New York, advising over 750 companies. She has also deployed over $10 million into AI and blockchain ventures through Luna Capital, her private investment arm.
