A report by the Council of Graduate Schools and the Educational Testing Service shows first-time enrollments to graduate schools were up 2.1% year over year in 2018, with underrepresented minority US students making up 24.1% of those enrollments. First-time enrollments by international students, however, decreased 1.3% in 2018, continuing a three-year slide.
