Ninety-five percent of respondents to a recent survey of 400 higher-education leaders are open to accepting a new job or changing their role in some way, and nearly one-third are "actively looking," according to job-search firm WittKieffer. The general disruption of the pandemic, job descriptions that have changed during the pandemic and a pent-up desire from job searches that were put on hold at the pandemic's outset are among possible factors for the high numbers, WittKieffer executive Zach Smith said.
