The trustees of Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota have passed a resolution reinforcing a commitment to inclusion and plotting a three-year plan for its diversity, equity and antiracist efforts. The communitywide plan includes funding, training and education efforts, along with 10 distinct actions to take, and President Rebecca Bergman says the systemic changes can "make a difference for generations to come."
