Sixty-two current and former Sears employees have signed a letter to Chairman Edward Lampert asking for the company to ensure pensions and severance pay, keep stores open and preserve jobs. "Protecting the interests of Sears' associates and all stakeholders has and will continue to be a priority for the management, board and restructuring committee of Sears," a Sears spokesman said.
