Dick's Sporting Goods President Lauren Hobart will add CEO to her title Feb. 1, succeeding Edward Stack and becoming the first woman to lead a major sporting goods retailer. Stack, who took the chain from a two-store business in 1984 to a national chain with more than 850 stores, will remain with the company as executive chairman and chief merchant.
