Walmart will take store employees' temperatures before they start their shifts each day and offer protective masks to those staffers who want them, the retailer said. The new practices will ramp up over the coming weeks as infrared thermometers and masks are delivered to stores, and employees with temperatures of 100 degrees or higher will be sent home on paid sick leave.
