Why Old Navy bet big on omnichannel this year

Old Navy's 2020 holiday campaign is centered more on digital and social media channels than in years past. After the pandemic forced the temporary closure of its 1,200 stores, the Gap-owned retailer started focusing on its omnichannel efforts, which lead to strong online retail growth as stores reopened, Old Navy CEO Nancy Green said.
