US retail sales are on track to grow between 3.6% and 5.2% in November and December, over the same months last year, and non-store sales including e-commerce could grow as much as 30% as consumers find reasons to spend and celebrate at the end of a difficult year, according to an NRF forecast. "Given the pandemic, there is uncertainty about consumers' willingness to spend, but with the economy improving most have the ability to spend," NRF Chief Economist Jack Kleinhenz said.
