Developer Triple Five Group has shifted the leasing strategy of American Dream Meadowlands mall in New Jersey from a mix of 45% retail and 55% entertainment to 30% retail and 70% entertainment as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, which forced the temporary closure of the mall beginning last month. Plans for the roughly 3 million-square-foot project now include museums, 3,500 hotel rooms and a trampoline park.
