Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to apply for research funding through the Grants in Aid of Research (GIAR) program. Most disciplines are eligible for grants of up to $1,000 but grants of up to $5,000 are available for astronomy research thanks to designated funds from the National Academy of Sciences. The deadline to submit applications for all eligible disciplines is March 15 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. See the guidelines and a list of fundable expenses. Please send an email if you have questions.
