NASA has awarded a $750,000 grant to the University of Wyoming to study ways to use machine learning to make flexible electronics for space applications. "The limitations to the kind of objects that can be made in space with additive manufacturing techniques is an important and vexing problem, and NASA has put a high priority on identifying solutions to this challenge," said associate professor Patrick Johnson.
