EpiPens and other epinephrine autoinjectors might continue to work months after their labeled expiration date, researchers report in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology: In Practice, and the finding could save patients money. Autoinjectors contained 100% of the original dose six months after expiration and 95% of the original dose one year after expiration.
