A majority of health care industry executives called their telehealth experiences since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic a positive one that has boosted care quality with most saying changes instituted during the crisis will become permanent, reports Boston Digital, a marketing agency. But many of the 500 respondents also identified some of the challenges facing telemedicine.
