The Federal Communications Commission will put aside its work freeing up TV white spaces until Microsoft and broadcasters reach an accord on sharing the spectrum for wireless broadband, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai told the House Communications Subcommittee. He cited "tricky" technical and policy matters the agency needs to address even as Microsoft and TV stations try to find middle ground on the band's use.
