The heightened demands brought on by the coronavirus pandemic has spurred AT&T Business to launch six command centers so the company can keep better tabs on its networks and customer needs. The new operations include a delivery command center to support the core network, an incident command center to respond to customers and collaboration tools to support employees working from home.
