Telecom vendors may be among the biggest winners from President Joe Biden's proposed $2 trillion infrastructure plan that includes a $100 billion carve-out for broadband growth, Morgan Stanley analysts suggest. The investment bank does point out that it may take time for companies such as Cisco Systems, Ciena, Juniper Networks and Corning to derive revenues from the projects.
