Frontier Communications moved to reduce its debt and increase its liquidity by selling its wireline operations in four states to WaveDivision Capital and a partner for $1.35 billion. WaveDivision, which holds stakes in several telecoms, will acquire 350,000 residential and business subscribers in Montana, Oregon, Washington and Idaho as well as a network that covers 1.7 million locations.
