Bidders added more than $30 million to the 3.5 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service auction proceeds on its second day on Friday, bringing the total to nearly $389 million, the Federal Communications Commission said. The 271 participants are vying for 22,631 county-based wireless Priority Access Licenses.
