Women are still affected by a persistent pay gap, even in the highest echelons of business, according to a Morningstar report that found that the highest-paid women earned 84.6 cents for every dollar earned by their male peers. Companies have to review the entirety of their workforces, says report author Jackie Cook, noting that they "can't just solve for this at the top of the ladder."
