An increase in online shopping has helped warehousing and packaging jobs increase during the past year, as those sectors now employ more than they did before the coronavirus pandemic. Retail shipping "creates a need for many, many more drivers and many more touches on the package between the manufacturing plant and the home," says Melissa Hassett, vice president of client delivery for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions.
