Sixty-eight percent of manufacturers are worried about not having enough skilled talent, and more than 25% have been unable to accept opportunities because of labor shortages, according to a quarterly report from the National Association of Manufacturers. Some companies are offering better benefits and using apprenticeships to train workers.
