Poll: Millennials seek workplace benefits

Better workplace benefits, including financial perks such as company matching contributions for 401(k) programs and student loan assistance, paid time off and flexible work arrangements, was one of the top three reasons younger employees cited as reasons for changing jobs, according to a LaSalle Network poll of 5,000 millennials. The recruiting firm also found millennials said they start looking for another job to seek new roles or because they are unhappy with their current career path.
