Report: Overexertion leads costliest worker injuries list

Overexertion from handling objects and same-level falls continue to be the costliest workplace injuries, costing employers $13.98 billion and $10.84 billion in 2017, respectively, according to Liberty Mutual. Other common injuries with high costs to employers include struck-by injuries and falls to lower levels.
