Arkansas' $1 billion 30 Crossing project will continue after a district court judge rejected a lawsuit filed by neighborhood groups in downtown Little Rock to order a halt. The six-year-old project is the largest ever for the state Transportation Department and involves the redesign and rebuilding of a 6.7-mile section of Interstate 30 through Little Rock and North Little Rock.
