Virus training ready but on hold for NYC construction

Drawing lessons from the H1N1 scare a decade ago, Morris Napolitano developed a training regimen for construction workers on avoiding infectious diseases. Now, in collaboration with the Environmental Contractors Association, Napolitano's training program offers certification on how to handle a variety of biological hazards, although coronavirus training in the city is on pause until a ban on large gatherings is lifted.
