The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals maintained a ruling in favor of six insurers who said they had no duty to defend or indemnify contractor JA Street & Associates against contract-based claims stemming from a 78-acre commercial shopping center development project. The court concluded that no coverage against damage caused by a landslide at the site was found in the company's policies.
