The COVID-19 pandemic is complicating efforts to contain an outbreak of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo that has the potential to spread into neighboring countries, the World Health Organization says. The agency is seeking $40 million to bolster its efforts against Ebola, but has seen little response.
