The Pentagon is celebrating its $700 billion budget, signed by President Donald Trump last week. The budget, which will rise to $716 billion next year, is the largest the Defense Department has ever had and dwarfs that of China or Russia, giving Defense Secretary James Mattis the ability to rebuild the US military with more troops, more equipment and more training.
