O'Hare international Airport's $8.5 billion modernization project is on schedule with minimal disruptions, according to Chicago Department of Aviation Commissioner Jamie Rhee. The improvements include a new terminal, three new concourses, a light rail system and runway expansion. "We want to bring this in on time and on budget, and we want to make sure that we're doing it in a way that's the least disruptive to the traveling public as possible," Rhee said.
