American, United and Delta are among carriers turning passenger planes into cargo aircraft to meet the growing need for medical supplies and home deliveries, with American making its first cargo flight in over 30 years. "Connecting products to people around the world is the United Cargo mission," a role that "has never been more crucial than during the current crisis," United Cargo President Jan Krems said.
