The architecture, engineering and consulting firm RS&H has won a $4.5 million contract to create a new master plan for Ohio's Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. "This master plan process will identify investments that will make Hopkins a more modern, user-friendly airport to attract business flyers as well as leisure travelers," Mayor Frank Jackson said.
