Air Canada's biofuel-powered airplane flies to San Francisco

Air Canada flew a trade delegation from Edmonton, Alberta, to San Francisco via its Airbus A320-200 aircraft that was powered by biofuel supplied by the Alt Air facility in California. "This biofuel demonstration flight reflects our combined commitment to bring forward low carbon, renewable fuels into the aviation and airport sectors," said Tom Ruth, president and CEO of Edmonton International Airport.
