Carlos Jimenez started out as an American Airlines fleet service clerk with a love for aviation at Puerto Rico's Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, and is now director of the American Airlines Integrated Operation Center. Jimenez, who began teaching flying after earning a pilot's license in his free time, says he wants to "support those who have gone or are going through similar experiences."
