An African-American immersion school in Wisconsin is marking Black Lives Matter at School Week with events and classroom lessons, such as comparing the abolitionist movement to BLM movement. The event held across the country aims to teach students about black identity and history, racism and other issues, while it also seeks to end "zero tolerance" discipline policies as well as increase the hiring of school counselors and black teachers.
