Quibi will launch next April with a sold-out advertising inventory worth $150 million, the short-form streaming video service announced, adding that it has four new brand partners including T-Mobile. The service, founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg and directed by CEO Meg Whitman, is aimed at mobile phone users and will feature programming in bites lasting 10 minutes at most.
