P&G leverages tech to create great consumer experiences

Procter & Gamble has increased its presence at CES 2020, showcasing personalized innovation in areas such as skin care and baby care. P&G's priority remains "delighting consumers," says CEO David Taylor, and doing so requires using "leading-edge technology and combine it with deep consumer insights" to deliver the best products and experiences. In all markets, including China, technology has to be used in a way that "fits into the consumers' lives and communicated in a way that's respectful and meets the consumer when and where they're open to the message," he says.
