Endo International agreed to pay two Ohio counties $10 million to settle allegations that the drugmaker inappropriately marketed opioid pain drugs, though the company admitted no wrongdoing or liability. The settlement comes ahead of a trial combining some 2,000 lawsuits brought by cities, counties, Native American tribes and others against the makers and distributors of opioid drugs.
