AppNexus: Connected TV ad investment rises 748%

AppNexus has announced that investment in advertising via its marketplace for connected TV spiked 748% year-on-year in 2018's second quarter, with 69% quarter-over-quarter growth. "It's a perfect fit for many advertisers seeking highly engaged viewers, particularly in the entertainment, news, and sports verticals," said AppNexus' Eric Hoffert.
