IAB Europe shares why EU's privacy rules are bad for digital business

The IAB Europe has unveiled a new website to show how the European Union's proposed privacy regulations, which stipulate that companies must get opt-in consumer consent before collecting data, would harm digital business. The site features research and analysis to support the fact that "without the use of data in advertising, the role of the internet would be fundamentally diminished within Europe," IAB Europe states.
