RMT, Semasio offer ad targeting based on motivations

Research Measurement Technologies and German-based Semasio have developed technology that analyzes psychological traits to try to understand consumer motivations and curates that data into "clusters" to try to improve ad targeting. The technology can be integrated with addressable TV platforms and target audiences can be gleaned via demand-side platforms, along with the LiveRamp Data Marketplace.
