J&J uses Dabbl app to reward engagement

Johnson & Johnson is using Dabbl, an app, to engage with consumers by rewarding them with gift cards for interacting with branded content such as polls, quizzes and ads. The company's two-week Neutrogena push on the app resulted in a purchase intent rise of 82%, and a Tylenol campaign achieved an 86% purchase intent rate, Dabbl reports.
