Microsoft will give managers diversity and inclusion training, create an investigative team to better address employee complaints and standardize discipline, CEO Satya Nadella told employees Monday. "If you are not helping to create an inclusive culture, your rewards, your career trajectory and possibly even your employment will be impacted," Nadella wrote in a memo.
