The incoming Biden administration is expected to undo immigration orders issued by President Donald Trump, with experts expecting an increase in employment-based visas, paths to legalization and an end to certain travel bans. The new administration is also likely to bring "a sharp decrease in worksite raids, or a redirection to focusing on employers' actions and not those of the workers," says immigration attorney Jorge Lopez.
