In the last year, ethnic minority representation at FTSE 100 companies has declined, and 47 companies have no minority representation among executives and board members, according to a Green Park report. "HR talks about how they want to sit at the table, but if we are going to have a seat at the table, the profession has to take accountability for the make-up of the executive ranks of the companies it works for," said Caerus Executive Frank Douglas, a former group HR director.
