Employers are making more HR leadership positions remote to support the growing number of work-from-home employees, FlexJobs found in a review of job postings. More than half of US employees overall would work from home if they had the choice, and 35% of them would agree to a pay cut for the flexibility, according to Society for Human Resource Management research.
