Canadian employers should prepare for the legalization of recreational marijuana in October by specifically forbidding cannabis use at work, teaching managers how to deal with cannabis impairment and including cannabis addiction as a disability in company policy, writes Soma Ray-Ellis of Gardiner Roberts.
