Pandemic forces employers to embrace remote working

Companies that have shifted to remote work as a result of the coronavirus pandemic are using videoconferencing, appointing heads of communication and taking extra precautions to make sure systems are secure, HR leaders and other executives say. "We are leveraging the learnings from our [flexible workplace] program and continuing to learn as the majority of our employees are working from home in cities with COVID-19 outbreaks around the world," says Ana White, F5 Networks' chief HR officer.
