HR leaders next year will concentrate on coordinating a workforce made up of remote and on-site employees, engaging employees who work from home, starting diversity and inclusion initiatives and supporting employees' physical and mental health, according to a Lattice survey. Janover, a CPA firm, has created a diversity and inclusion committee that "seeks to foster a culture of awareness, inclusion and an opportunity to share ideas and experiences," says Jennifer Yan, HR director.
